Sam is running a 360° feedback round and would like you to run it. They've chosen to invite their circle straight away, so accepting sends the invitations.

Feedback Assist helps to run the process. Feedback is collected. You will read the anonymised comments and work to shape Sam's report output, before the final coaching conversation.

   Every comment, exactly as written and anonymised.

   Please don't try to work out who wrote what, and keep it between you and Sam.

2. 2 · Same week

   Shape their report

   The feedback has been drafted for you. You check it, change it, and decide what reaches Sam.

3. 3 · When you're both ready

   One-to-one conversation

   The greatest benefit comes from your in-depth one-to-one with Sam about what they've heard.

Over the next few weeks this takes about two to three hours in all, most of it reading and refining the summary.
